Many people like to buy cookware sets marketed by their favorite TV chefs, whether it be Emeril Lagasse, Martha Stewart, Paula Dean, Rachel Rey and so on. The idea is that if a popular chef is going to put his or her name on a product, it must be high quality or why would they risk their name and reputation over cheap, poor quality cookware that doesn’t work as promised or won’t last?
What About Emeril Stainless Steel Cookware?
Emeril cookware, the popular affodable stainless steel cookware from Chef Emeril Lagesse, offers two lines of stainless steel cookware:

All-Clad, one of the leading cookware manufactures of professional quality cookware, makes the Emeril Pro-Clad tri-ply stainless steel cookware and other cookware products for Emerilware, but they don’t make the budget Emeril Chef’s Stainless Steel Cookware with a copper/aluminum bottom.

I bought a set of Emeril ‘budget’ stainless cookware. What a mistake. It was advertised as steel utensil safe. Within six months, every pan had scratches and one was starting to rust. I will NEVER buy another product with Emeril’s name on it.
What a great info! Good to know how to choose a best Emerilware cookware set.
I would like to read more about other cookware set.
Thanks Vivian, I hope to see you back again soon.
continuously i used to read smaller posts

is also happening with this article which I am reading here.
Hey There Thecookingpot,
Thanks for your thoughts In 1971, John Ulam used his training as a metallurgist to develop the method of bonding metals and as a consequence founded All-Clad Metalcrafters. He used the bonded metal to make hand-crafted bonded cookware. What is so special about the bonded metal is that the combined metals create properties that no single metal can do on its own.
BTW great blogpost
Thanks for the cool little story of how All-Clad was founded. Ken
