  1. Set bananas aside.
  2. Pour ingredients into a small sauce pan and heat at medium low. Stir the mixture until butter and sugar are melted until bubbling and becomes smooth. This should take around 4 to 6 minutes.
  3. Next, add the bananas and gently swirl them around until they are fully coated with the mixture and warmed through.
  4. Scoop the softened ice cream into bowls and top with the bananas and warmed caramel sauce.
