Stainless steel cookware is the industry standard professional cookware for its even heating, non-reactive cookware surface that won’t absorb flavors and smells of the food being cooked, study hard shell that won’t get scratched or dented and looks beautiful in any kitchen.
Many home cooks stay away from buying high quality tri-ply stainless steel cookware, due to the high cost, often costing over $1,000 for a 14-piece stainless cookware set, or they take several years to outfit their kitchen buying pieces here or there when they are on sale.

Hi Weiss,
my aunt have read your review and she asked me a question that i’m having a bit of hard time to answer: If you had to choose between Calphalon Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Cookware Set and T-fal C798SC Ultimate Stainless Steel Copper Bottom Cookware Set, which one would you pick? i find both brands to be popular and promising to use, but she can only afford to purchase one… Therefore, which one of those would you recommend to her?
Thanks for your comment. In my personal opinion, I would recommend the Calphalon Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Cookware Set. Tri-ply stainless heats up better, and is superior to maintain heat. Copper bottom cookware heats the bottom, but not the sides.

Hi Weiss,
Thanks for sharing this nice post. I want to share my personal opinion, “Cuisinart Multiclad Pro” is the finest cookware I have ever owned and I was a resident House Manager for many years. Those who employed me had nice pots and pans, but this set of Cuisinart is by far the grandest, the very best cookware ever. I use one or more of the set daily. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Thank you…
