Lattissima Plus comes with a fully stocked welcome kit that includes Nespresso coffee capsules. The 9.76-pound unit measures a compact 12.59 by 6.69 by 10.23 inches (L x W x H).

The Lattissima Plus single serve coffee maker eliminates the mess and hassle of trying to measure just the right amount of coffee or espresso for a perfect single serve hot beverage.

• Simply load a capsule with pre-measured coffee, latte or tea into the Latissima Plus, then push the start button.

• The machine reads the bar code on the Nespresso capsule, so it knows the beverage you are making, and pre-sets the water level and temperature for your beverage.

• The machine spins the capsule at approximately 77,000 RPM (rotations per minute), and at the same time forces hot water through the capsule, at the pre-determined temperature, to produce a perfect hot beverage, unlike other single serve coffee machines.

• You have the ability to override the pre-set settings to make the beverage ideal to your cup size, desired temperature and taste.  Maybe you use a larger mug, or you prefer a stronger or lighter cup or coffee or latte, or you like it extra hot.

• The machine brews the beverage right into your cup, so there is no carafe to clean.

• Remove the water tank and replace with the milk tank to make perfect frothy foam or hot milk.

• After brewing is complete, the Latissima automatically ejects the capsules after 4 seconds into a used capsule tank, which can hold up to 10 used capsules.

One Touch Automatic System

Whether you are making a single serve coffee, latte cappuccino or other beverage, just add the pod, close the door and press the button.  The One Touch Automatic System reads the car code and does the rest.

The DeLonghi Lattissima comes with illuminated keys and automatic controls, which makes it easy to select the drink and setting you want.

The controls offer selections for cappuccino, latte macchiato, espresso coffee, long coffee, or hot milk.

DeLonghi features a thermoblock heating system, that includes a self-priming operation, which reduces heat-up time, so it’s ready for use in just 40 seconds.

This is better than Keurig, which takes up to 2 minutes to warm up the water, or the Tassimo, which takes up to 60 seconds to make a cup of coffee.

DeLonghi Lattissima includes an auto power-off mode setting helps conserve energy.

The machine automatically turns off after nine minutes from the last drink created. The setting can also be changed to 30 minutes or eight hours.
