Ingredients:

 

Two cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup carrots (diced)
4 cups cabbage (chopped)
Two bay leaves

1 cup green beans
One small onion (diced)
2 cups zucchini (sliced)
Two whole bell peppers (chopped)
One can low sodium tomatoes (diced)
6 cups vegetable or beef broth
Two tablespoons tomato paste

1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon basil
Pepper to taste
2 cups broccoli

 

Instructions:

 

In a cooking pot, cook onion and garlic until light brown and then add green beans, cabbage & carrots for at least 5 minutes. Add other ingredients except for broccoli and zucchini and simmer it for 6 minutes.

After 6 minutes add broccoli and zucchini for 5 minutes until they get soft.

Add broth and heat until it begins to boil.  Turn to simmer, cover and heat for 10 minutes. Remove bay leaves and serve HOT.

3/4 cup pearl barley
Two bay leaves

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

 

Instructions:

In a large pot, heat oil and add onion and garlic until light brown. Add up all the ingredients and cook it until one hour or until the barley is tender.

1 TBSP coconut oil
8 cups fresh spinach
¼ cups hemp hearts
1 cup roasted sweet potato
Two green onions

 

Instructions:

 

Place ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour the ingredients into a soup then add the following ingredients:

¼ cup lemon juice
2 ½ cups chicken broth
Salt to taste

Heat soup on medium until hot.
